World Cup 2022 Preview & Predictions
Now that we’re in the Elimination Stage of World Cup 2022, it’s time for Dutch Lion Sports to predict who will become champion. Here’s the bracket in Qatar:

Netherlands (Group A Winner) vs United States (Group B Runner-Up)
Argentina (Group C Winner) vs Australia (Group D Runner-Up)
Japan (Group E Winner) vs Croatia (Group F Runner-Up)
Brazil (Group G Winner) vs South Korea (Group H Runner-Up)
England (Group B Winner) vs Senegal (Group B Runner-Up)
France (Group D Winner) vs Poland (Group C Runner-Up)
Morocco (Group F Winner) vs Spain (Group E Runner-Up)
Portugal (Group H Winner) vs Switzerland (Group G Runner-Up)
Quarterfinals (Round of 8)
Netherlands vs Argentina – Messi is still going. I think when Argentina lost four years ago he said he’d never play for their national team again. Well, he’s still playing. The dream is for Messi to face Neymar and Brazil in the Semifinals. However, the dream ends here as the Dutch defense starring Virgil Van Dijk shuts him out and he goes home once again, without the Cup.
Croatia vs Brazil – Croatia had a magical run in 2018 with Luka Modric leading the way. Modric is now 37.
England vs France – This is where the reign ends for the Defending Champions France. England will get the better of them to become the new European powerhouse.
Spain vs Portugal – Remember when Spain was on top of the world in 2010? That was three Cups ago.
Semifinals
Netherlands vs Brazil – Will Neymar be back soon? If so, it’s only more firepower for a loaded Brazilian eleven. What if Frenkie de Jong, Cody Gakpo, and Memphis Depay get rolling? You never know, but we’re picking Brazil to end the Dutch dreams. Someday though, someday, will be the day for the Dutch to win it all. Maybe 2026 in North America? Dutch Lion and son will be there with orange on, including those scarves, and maybe even some wild face paint. Hup Holland Hup!
England vs Portugal – Portugal has Christiano Ronaldo but England has Harry Kane. Overall, we think England has the better squad and will beat Portugal here.
2022 World Cup Final
Brazil vs England – It’s hard to believe that Five-Time Champion Brazil hasn’t won it all since 2002. It’s time for them to return to the top. Your 2022 World Cup Champion will be Brazil. Enjoy the games!
